It all started, when the eldest child of Ray Tsai and Rena Chang, was diagnosed with Kawasaki disease at 8 months old. This incident had prompt the duo to find for the best solution to improve the health condition of their son. 

Through the self made vinegar that they added into the diet of their son, the health conditions improved tremendously. This led the couple of food-science-graduate from National Pingtung University of Science and Technology to believe that a quality, natural and organic vinegar that is rich in multiple phytonutrients from the mother nature, are able to improve the health and lifestyle of many people.

How Our Vinegar is made?

Step 1

We source the crops and plants from the organic certified and eco-friendly farm.

Step 2

Crops and plants are stored in the fermentation tank for the first stage fermentation with self-cultivated dominant yeast to optimise the fermentation process.

Step 3

After all the raw materials have been fermented into alcohol, the second fermentation will take place with acetic acid bacteria.

Step 4

We let the time and bacteria to do its work. The maturity of the organic vinegar takes over 6 months to complete. In between, constant lab tests are conducted to ensure the quality of the vinegar stay in tact.

Step 5

The matured vinegar will then go through filtration process to filter out the fruits and plants residues.

Step 6

In the final step, the vinegar is sterilized and bottled. An organic certified Vinlife™ vinegar is produced.
