Linking Up the Tribal Villages with Organic Roselle Vinegar!
To solve the logistical issues faced by the tribal planters in Taiwan, Zhang Yu-Hsuan and her partner setup their factory in Hualian District to obtain the freshest organic roselle and sugarcane supplies for their organic roselle vinegar production, even that involves visiting many hilly villages in Hualian frequently.
This effort was initially started out of the love and care for the health of their children, had ended up helping the planters in the villages to develop organic plantation as well.
The vinegar produced is not only healthy and satisfying, the plantation project has also benefited mother earth and the planters.
